I just bought Mesh Slicer, and it doesn't handle my simplified use case. I understand that it is meant for real-time, in-game use on objects with colliders. For me, I am cutting up large objects to generate LoD for each piece. I need the slicer to work with defaultSliceMaterial==null, and with no colliders on the the object. Surely, if the code can handle the complex case of putting a mesh over the slice, it can handle the simpler case of ignoring the open hole. Likewise, if the code can handle the complexity of dealing with colliders, then it can just ignore when there are no colliders present. Please let me know.
